ARCHITECTURAL RENOVATION APPLICATIONS

Many historical buildings lose their original function due to the changing life style and the demands related to it, and are adapted to serve a different function from the original purpose. Buildings, whose functions such as apartments and hotels are still valid today, are far from offering the comfort conditions of the similar ones built today, and thus become substandard by functional obsolescence, and when not updated, they are abandoned and destroyed. Building Renovation or Renovation Management Service Includes:

1. Makes Negotiations and Applications with Administrations for Modification Permits, Provides Coordination. 2. Before a Comprehensive Renovation or Renovation Investment, the Building’s Performance Analysis is Performed and its Static Resistance is Verified. As a result of the investigation:

a) If the Performance Analysis of the Structural System of the Building is Weak According to the Current Earthquake Code, It Provides the Analysis of the Options for Reducing the Cost of Comprehensive Renovation or Renovation or Not Bearing This Cost.

iii. It Prepares the Job Discovery through Application Projects, Receives Subcontractor Offers, Selects and Contracts, Site Delivery, Coordination in the Field, Solving Problems, Controlling the Conformity of the Productions to the Project and Receiving the Completed Works while Protecting them.

INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE DESIGN AND APPLICATION

Interior Architecture Project Design

The beauty of the interior is based on the suitability and integrity of the design. It becomes whole when the client’s needs are met from the designer’s perspective. For this to happen, regular exchange of ideas is necessary between both the client and the interior designer. The interior architect generates ideas about the project, creates a moodboard and prepares a presentation to the client. After the preliminary drawings are provided, feedback is received from the customer. During the design phase, the needs and goals of the customer are determined. Questions about the specific functions of the space that will use the space, furniture and equipment requirements are evaluated. During the schematic design phase, space planning and furniture layouts were developed. Circulation patterns and minimum openings are taken into account and applied to the floor plan. With the feedback received from the customer, the space is rendered with 3d visualization ways. The client will feel what kind of atmosphere his project will be in when it is finished and will make a better analysis.

Production

It is another stage in the design, production and implementation process. The production phase guarantees the completion and quality of the furniture. The details of the cut and measurement are important according to the specific details of the design. The interior designer or a representative from the workshop checks the measurement for the projects before starting production. Production is made for Wawa Interior Architecture, Office Design, Residence & Villa Design, Cafe & Restaurant Design, Store Design, Hotel Design, Clinic Design, Fair Stand Design and applications.

Application

At the production stage or when it is completed, the project team receives approval from the employer to begin installation at the construction site. All production and furniture work continues shortly after the completion of the design. Project managers, interior architects and the team work together in this process. This ensures that the project is delivered on time. It aims to satisfy customers by combining all the factors of the place, design and installation factors under a single management.
